Terms of Use

The website and our services

The site presents digital presence, business intelligence, AI and automation services. Digital presence covers the website, its content, SEO, and contact channels. Its content provides general information to help you consider an enquiry or a project.

Project agreements

Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, access, timelines, payment, revisions, intellectual property, and confidentiality are defined in a written proposal or agreement. General website information does not replace that agreement or establish a guaranteed price or outcome. Changes to scope are agreed before implementation.

Results and review

Results depend on scope, data and asset quality, access, implementation, and business decisions. We do not guarantee search rankings, revenue, sales, or enquiry volumes. Automated workflows and AI outputs need controls and review appropriate to the project.

Content, brands, and deliverables

Website content, design, photographs, and brands belong to Northfolk Digital or their respective owners. Displaying a name or logo does not transfer rights to that brand. Licences and usage rights for project deliverables are defined in the project agreement.

Appropriate use and confidentiality

Use the website and forms for legitimate enquiries. Do not submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the site. Project confidentiality requirements and the exchange of access credentials or materials are agreed with the client.

External links and providers

The website links to WhatsApp, Calendly, and other organizations. Their services, terms, and policies are independent. Forms are processed through Netlify; external service availability also depends on the providers.
