How we use information
We use these details to reply to enquiries, review audit requests, understand your needs, prepare recommendations, and agree on or manage a project. You do not need to accept optional analytics to send us an enquiry.
Providers and external services
Netlify hosts the website and processes forms. Email providers handle our communications. When you open WhatsApp or Calendly, you use external services with their own privacy policies. These providers may process information needed to deliver their services, on behalf of Northfolk Digital or under their own policies, depending on the service.
Functional browser storage
The site may save your language and analytics choices in browser local storage. During the tab session, it may also remember animation pause settings and whether the audit notice has appeared. The contact form keeps a draft in session storage to avoid losing what you type and removes it when the server accepts your submission. You can clear this information in your browser settings.
Optional analytics and your choice
Google Analytics is off by default. The site loads the Google tag and enables analytics only after you choose to allow it in the footer preferences. If allowed, Google Analytics may use cookies and online identifiers to measure visited pages, device information, and interactions such as calls to action. Those identifiers can associate activity with the same browser. Analytics remains disabled in local previews.
Changing your analytics choice
You can allow analytics or withdraw your choice at any time using the footer preferences. Withdrawal disables future collection in this browser and removes analytics cookies accessible to this site. It does not automatically erase information a provider has already received.
